MSLETB Webinar Series

MSLETB are hosting a number of webinars over the next few weeks around different themes for the benefit of employers & businesses (Employer Engagement initiative). Every session will include pointers to further training available from MSLETB through STA & SFW. The webinars will also have pointers to the resources currently available to employers & employees. Remote Working: 3 Webinar Series (Check Back for link)

  1. “Cyber Awareness in this remote “Digital World” How seriously are you & your team dealing with IT security when remote working. GDPR has this been considered. Are you leveraging the full potential of you digital resources.
  2. TEAMs Training for your remote workers: Basic Teams training, productivity, meetings, use as a social interaction tool to decrease sense of isolation.
  3. TEAMs Training for Management, Supervisors. Productive meetings,  meeting etiquette on Teams use of PP, Video, Whiteboards, Notes etc.

Sales Apprenticeships

 

Great News!

The MSLETB Sales Apprenticeship Programme has been recommended for validation by a QQI Panel of Industry & Academic experts.

We are expecting that the programme will launch in early Q1 2020, MSLETB will be engaging with employers throughout Ireland in a series of breakfast briefings about this valuable programme later in 2019.

Congrats to the MSLETB Sales Apprenticeship Team.

MSLETB launches the National Craft Butcher Apprenticeship

MSLETB launches the National Craft Butcher Apprenticeship

The National Craft Butcher Apprenticeship is a two year programme delivered primarily “On-the-Job” by experienced Craft Butchers.

On successful completion of the Craft Butcher Apprenticeship, you will  receive a Certificate in Craft Butchery at QQI Level 5 Major Award making the holder eligible to progress to QQI Level 6 courses.

Generation Apprenticeship

 

MSLETB created a 3D structure as an entry to promote Apprenticeships in Ireland. This is an innovative national competition celebrating design, team-working and the problem-solving skills of Irish apprentices. Check out our video on our Facebook page. To see the 3D structures, and for more information about the competition, see apprenticeship.ie. Judging is on the 20th April and the winner will be announced on the 30th April.

MSLETB would like to advise everybody that our website is now searchable by county, Whether your local base is Mayo, Sligo or Leitrim you can now directly access the course finder listing by county with google maps pin pointing the exact location of the training centre for each programme.
